Pearl Effects are water based decorative, acrylic pearlescent colors used to create specialty finish-es. They may be applied over General Finishes milk paint, water based topcoats and stains to create a metallic pearl effect. Pearl Effects will go on solid when sprayed or brushed but can be combined with topcoat for a translucent finish.
